Blod bath in Sunny Isles and Miami Beach for luxury ocean front condos? The prices are going lower and lower? How about you can buy an oceanfront property for 30 to 50 cents on the dollar? What about all the foreclosures and short sales we were going to get for luxury oceanfront residences like Acqualina, Turnberry Ocean Colony, Trump Palace? Where are all the desperate condo owners who must sell at a loss? Well, the truth is no one wants to sell at a loss. The demand for oceanfront luxury condos is on the rise again the prices, believe it or not are going up. This is only fair, the construction cost is a lot more expensive these days because of the inflation and the cost of land has gotten even more expensive since 2005.
