The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, South Beach,
the first purely residential Ritz-Carlton development in Miami, will offer 86 exclusive private Residences and 45 fractional Club residences. The beachfront property, to be developed at the site of Miami Beach’s historic Seville Beach Hotel, will offer both Owners and Club Members all the comforts of living full- or part-time with the legendary, personalized services and amenities of The Ritz-Carlton. To date, planned Residence amenities include dedicated concierge; in-residence gourmet dining; a signature restaurant; state-of-the-art fitness facility; full-service Ritz-Carlton Spa; and the Ritz Kids program. Additionally, residents and guests will enjoy a waterfront experience complete with a stunning pool area and luxurious beachside offerings. The Residences will offer spacious one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans and a select and a few five and six-bedroom penthouses and town homes. Ranging in size from 941 to 7,300 square feet, residences will feature magnificent ocean and city views from expansive terraces, fully-equipped kitchens and beautifully-appointed room finishes. Prices of the private Residences begin at the $900,000s. Sales for the 45 fractional Club residences will begin this fall.

Plans call for the existing Seville Beach Hotel, located at 2901 Collins Avenue, to be revitalized and converted into The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, South Beach, along with the addition of two new 17-story and 20-story residential towers designed by Miami-based architect, Luis Revuelta of Revuelta Vega Leon. The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton are set at the site of the former SEVILLE HOTEL in South Beach, and will be made up of three towers:
Tower 1 - A complete restoration of the legendary SEVILLE, a stunning example of MiMo architecture. 15 stories - The first four floors are Ritz-Carlton Club fractionals. The 5th floor and higher are condo apartments
Tower 2 - A new 17-story All glass North tower with just three units per floor, or all units combinable into one residence
Tower 3 - A new cylindrical 21-story South tower. Each residence is a half-sphere with approximately 2000 sf of living space. Any two units may be combined to create a complete spherical living space (4000sf).
