Peninsula II in Aventura

Peninsula Two, like its sister property, Peninsula Aventura, features upscale living in a high-rise building. There are numerous amenities on the property, and the views available include the Intracoastal Waterway, the Atlantic Ocean and Williams Island. Each of the residences features a high ceiling and a double-entry door. There are views available in every residence. All of the residences are set up in advance for high technology, including wiring for amenities such as cable television and high speed internet access. When youre not in the meeting room, youll be able to relax on your terrace, which features glass panel railings. There are views available from the balconies, including the Intracostal waterway. These balconies are accessed through glass sliding doors and offer access to the open air.

The kitchens at Peninsula II are provided with granite countertops and high-end, stainless steel appliances. There cabinets are imported. The amenities include undermount sinks and a garbage disposal. The units are ready for a decorator to get to work, and are provided with high-tech safety devices. Each residence has a sprinkler system that protects them from fire. The heating and cooling systems are all controlled via digital thermostats. Each room is also provided with a laundry room that comes equipped with a washer and a dryer, as well as extra space for storage.
