Peninsula Two, like its sister property, Peninsula Aventura, features upscale living in a high-rise building. There are numerous amenities on the property, and the views available include the Intracoastal Waterway, the Atlantic Ocean and Williams Island. When you’re not in the meeting room, you’ll be able to relax on your terrace, which features glass panel railings. There are views available from the balconies, including the Intracostal waterway. These balconies are accessed through glass sliding doors and offer access to the open air.

The kitchens at Peninsula II are provided with granite countertops and high-end, stainless steel appliances. There cabinets are imported. The amenities include undermount sinks and a garbage disposal. The units are ready for a decorator to get to work, and are provided with high-tech safety devices. Each residence has a sprinkler system that protects them from fire. The heating and cooling systems are all controlled via digital thermostats. Each room is also provided with a laundry room that comes equipped with a washer and a dryer, as well as extra space for storage.

These residences also have on-call systems for emergency services, including medical and fire, and there is entryway protection on all the residences. There are a host of services provided to residents of these condominiums. When you drive up to your home, a valet will take and park your car for you. There is storage for every resident, each of whom is provided with their own, private space. The property also features its own spa, a barbecue, a bar area and outdoor areas that include sun decks, gardens and a swimming pool. There is a gatehouse at this property with a guard on duty. All of the windows at these condominiums are up to hurricane safety standards. The glass is tinted to provide for a more efficient environment.
