Prices are not available yet. The 1,049-foot tower iwill include a 140-key hotel and about 400 condo units. It was designed by Sieger Suarez Architects as a stack of glass cubes.
The residences at the Waldorf Astoria Miami are custom built to each owner's specifications, from an array of design selections. The residences are fully finished for each owner and delivered in move-in condition. The studio units are delivered fully furnished, while the 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom residences merely need furniture. Most residences feature ten-foot ceilings, while the penthouse residences offer 12 foot ceilings, and all residences have floor to ceiling glass.
