For more active pursuits you can choose from lighted tennis courts and numerous water based activities along the 1,200 feet of shimmering white sand ocean front beach. Jet skiing, parasailing, swimming or simply soaking up the South Florida sun; you can enjoy all of it from the beach right alongside The Fontainebleau II.

Along with active pursuits there are also many other entertainment venues that you can enjoy right at The Fontainebleau II, including lounges, entertainment options and even dancing in the spectacular Club Tropigala. Whether you want an exciting night out or you simply want to meet a group of neighbors for a drink, you will find plenty of options.

The Fontainebleau II Miami Beach Condo-Hotel:
Hilton Management Program Highlights:
The program will be available to Fontainebleau 3 unit owners that purchase
their units furnished in accordance with the approved package (included in prices on this site).
Hilton, the hotel operator, will manage your rental program contract, which is renewable on an annual basis.
There will be no restrictions on owner's occupancy of unit. You may use the unit whenever you would like and for as long as you would like.
In order to guarantee availability for owners, a 60 day notice of intent to occupy the unit must be given.
Hilton, the hotel operator, will set the daily room rate.

The Fontainebleau II Hotel Management Program:
Revenue from each unit will be distributed from the daily room rate as following:
10% off of the top towards fees and commissions
50/50 split of the remaining balance between owner and hotel operator, with 3% of owner's portion set aside for reserves and replacements (furniture, upkeep...)
Unit owners may establish an owner's account with the hotel in accordance with standard credit procedures.
Quarterly statements showing a detailed breakdown of all unit activity and owner's account activity will be issued with a check or bill as appropriate.
To ensure an equal distribution of bookings of the units in the rental program, a rotational booking program will be used.
Up-keep of the unit while it is in the rental program.
When a unit owner is in residence, there will be daily maid service, laundry service and in-room massage available upon request and at a charge.
